THIS IS AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU OR THE ENTITY THAT YOU REPRESENT ( HEREINAFTER “YOU” or “YOUR”) AND ELHAN TECHNOLOGIES (HEREINAFTER “ELHAN TECHNOLOGIES”) GOVERNING YOUR USE OF ELHAN TECHNOLOGIES SUITE OF ONLINE BUSINESS PRODUCTIVITY AND COLLABORATION SOFTWARE.

1. Agreement Overview This Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") is entered into by and between you ("User" or "Customer") and ELHAN TECHNOLOGIES ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold ELHAN TECHNOLOGIES, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
